The folks at Junkluggers were a dream to work with; from being greeted on the phone the first time by Tyler, to having Jonathan and Peter come to our storage unit to estimate the job, and then lugging all our things out.
When Tyler answered my call, he was so friendly and really took the time to explain how everything worked, answering my many questions, and then immediately emailed me a confirmation for my appointment time. I didn't find that same friendliness or quick communication with any of the other places I called.
Then Peter and Jonathan came up to assess our needs, during our appointment time, gave us a quote right on the spot, and sent an email with the estimate. We agreed, and they assured us that they would do whatever they could to reduce the cost, based on how much space our things took up in the truck. They were both friendly, quick, efficient, and SO STRONG! WOW! They swept our space for us too when we requested them to once they finished taking everything down. The final cost was reduced because, with some flattening of boxes and Peter and Jonathan rejiggering how things fit in the truck, our things took less space. The payment process was quick and easy and I was sent both a new estimate and a receipt in my email.
We were quite pleased with our experience with Junkluggers of Queens & Long Island, and if the need ever again arises, we will definitely look to see if there is one available in our area. Thank you so much.
