The day of the pick-up they called to let me know they might be a little late, although thy weren't. They gave me a price to sign off on which was reasonable within the fees listed online. The guys were polite and careful about moving things through the house.

The 4 guys sent to clean out the duplex came on time. They all were courteous and professional. They took several hours to clear out 40 years of an elderly gentleman's life and memories, and they did so respectfully the entire time. The rooms cabinets and closets were clean, ready for the new inhabitants to move in. I've already been mentioning Junkluggers to my friends in New York.
