I like how responsive, honest and communicative the whole team was. I always received a response in a timely manner leading up to my pickup, and the team was very helpful in the insurance information needed from my building. On the day of the pickup, the job was way more than what the crew expected/had room for, but they were honest and open during the whole process presenting me with different options. Tip - if you have a large amount of items/construction debris to remove, send pictures asap to help plan better! I would definitely recommend using Junkluggers if you have items/trash to be removed!

The two gentlemen who came to my apartment were fantastic! They were courteous, polite, worked quickLy and efficiently! The price for the job was explained to me in detail. There were no surprises in the price. My first experience with junk luggers was one that Will cause me to use them over and over again! The whole process is easy and fair. They came and gave me an estimate based on what I planned to have them remove. I accepted the estimate and made an appointment for a specific day of my choosing for the actual removal. When the day came, they called me as promised when they were close by to say they would be there in 15 minutes. They were and I was greeted by three nicely dressed, pleasant and polite young men who got right to work. Because I had given a few items away in the interim they adjusted my bill and I paid less then the original estimate. Very fair. They were quick, efficient and careful. Within about an hour my entire apartment was devoid of three dressers, a huge three piece wall unit, a hutch, two large tables, 8-10 boxes of gently used books, a rocking chair, a sofa bed (and the list goes on). It was a wonderful and liberating feeling. Plus, they donated most everything that same day to different charities and sent me a tax receipt for the donation. r If you want prompt, courteous and reliable service I recommend you call on them. In this case, you definitely get what you pay for - licensed and insured, on time, diligent work ethic and a job well done. Thanks Jordan, Kevin and Ross!
