The individual I spoke to over the phone to set up appointment answered all my questions and was very pleasant and polite. My appointment was between 11:00 -1:00 and by 10:45 I received a call stating they would arrive by 11:15. Both movers that showed up were very professional and polite and had no issues removing the very heavy furniture. All furniture was removed quickly with no issues. Would definitely use Junkluggers again.
